Liberte is open for reservation a month prior to the booking date from 12:00 to 15:00 on the 1st of every month. You may book different reservations for the current and next month.
Liberte only takes reservations through In-line online booking system.
Liberte will only reserve your seats for 15 minutes. Liberte only accepts adult customers who is 16 years old or above.
Please specify any food, alcohol, or drink allergies or dietary restrictions while you make reservations. Liberte is unable to make any meal alternations on the day of dining.
Liberte is unable to make meal alternations to any allergies or dietary restrictions for anyone who is allergic to the entire seafood category. Liberte does not provide vegetarian, vegan, or children’s meals.
Our dress code is formal casual. Please take your hats off before entrance. For gentlemen, please do not wear tank tops, shorts, slippers, or sandals. For ladies, please do not wear athletic shorts or slippers.

For private dining rooms, you must change or cancel your reservations fourteen working days prior to your reservation date in order to not get charged. Opening Hours
Wednesdays through Sundays from 18:30 to 22:00. Our final dining entrance time is 19:15.

Reservations for Private Dining Rooms:
For private dining rooms, we will only accept one bill from the host or whoever made the reservation.
Liberte will only begin to serve once the full party arrives. If you would like to cancel your reservation, please cancel fourteen working days prior to your reservation date. If you cancel within fourteen working days of your reservation date, we will charge the full cancellation fee of 45,000 NT. The minimum charge for private dining room is 45,000 NT (The maximum capacity is 8 people, we recommend a party of 6-8 people).

Liberte is an open dining area. For a quality dining experience, please follow the rules below.
During your meal, please avoid loud conversations.
During your meal, please avoid walking around and toasting
During your meal, please put your phone on silent mode. If you need to make a call, please walk over to the entrance.
For a party over six people (including private event), Liberte only takes one bill from the host or whomever made the reservation.
Liberte provides a Tasting Menu. In order to accommodate different ingredients, we do not have a set menu.
Liberte has a limited dining space. Therefore, guests are unable to pick their seats.
Liberte does not provide take out services due to maintenance of our dining experience and health concerns.
In order to provide a quality dining experience, please do not use flashlight or lighting equipment in the dining area.
In order to provide a quality dining experience, please do not livestream in the restaurant.
No outside food/ drinks allowed (Including birthday cakes).
Not pets allowed (Guide dogs are allowed)
